Fitness Classes and Open Gym

Deep Stretch

This class digs a little deeper, working to create additional length and ease in splits, back bends, and shoulder flexibility. Class will begin with a brief cardio portion, followed by 40 minutes of deep stretching.

Saturdays @ 11am

CORE!

Wake your abs up in this 45 minute core class. This interval based ab class will leave you feeling strong and accomplished for the day!

Mondays at 7pm

Open Gyms

Open gyms are open practice times set up for our students to practice the skills they have learned in class. Open gyms are for adult and continuing youth students who are currently attending classes at our facility. If you would like to attend an open gym and are not a student, we ask that you call and discuss with the studio prior to attending your first open gym.

Tuesdays @ 3-4:30pm

Saturdays @ 8-9:30am

Our fitness 10 punch pass allows you to buy in bulk! This includes access to all fitness classes. Excludes aerial instruction classes.
