Beginning students start here!

  • Youth Beginning Hammock ages 7-12

    This cohesive 8 week hammock class covers the foundations and fundamentals of hammock, also known as sling. This art form is very similar to aerial silks, however hammock is looped at the bottom, allowing for different variations of movements. This form of aerial training to allows students to learn foundation skills and poses, as well as learn to flow multiple skills together into routines and sequences.

    This class is a cohesive 8 week course designed for absolute beginners. We will progress in skill and difficulty on a weekly basis. Be prepared to try hard with a great attitude. We recommend wearing leggings and a form fitting tank or leotard. Please no shorts, as this can cause painful fabric burns on the legs.

  • Youth Beginning Lyra ages 8-12

    Lyra, or aerial hoop is a suspended hanging steel hoop. Learn to swing, pose, and move in this beginning lyra class for ages 8-12. This is a 4 week class that progresses in skill each week.

  • Youth Beginning Silks ages 6-8

    This beginning silks class is a cohesive 4 week course designed for absolute beginners ages 6-8. This specific class is geared towards our youngest demographic, with just a little more creative movement and play peppered in to keep things feeling fresh and fun! We will progress in skill and difficulty on a weekly basis.

YOUTH BEGINNING AERIALS

Youth beginning aerial classes are designed for absolute beginners! We will teach you all the basics in a fun, uplifting, and positive environment. We offer both 4 and 8 week options in order to allow students to try it out for either a shorter or longer term.

Monkey and Me Aerial Class

This four week session will be a class focused on exploration and body movement for you and your little monkey. Each week will be a 45 minute class of creative movement, time on aerial silks/hammock, and collaborative conditioning. After each session if your monkey is still up for some movement, we will have 15 minutes of free time for you and your monkey to play around.

We understand that babies can be a bit hot and cold so we will be as supportive as possible while also structuring our learning towards fun and free movements that both you and your monkey will enjoy! Children must be 9+ months to attend for the best experience for you, your monkey, and everyone else in the class.

BEGINNING YOUTH AERIAL SILKS AGES 6-8

This beginning silks class is a cohesive 4 week course designed ages 6-8 who have gone through our beginning level class and feel at ease climbing the silks, going upside down, and following instructions. This specific class is geared towards our youngest demographic, with just a little more creative movement and play peppered in to keep things feeling fresh and fun! We will progress in skill and difficulty on a weekly basis. Be prepared to try hard with a great attitude. We recommend wearing leggings and a form fitting tank or leotard. Please no shorts, as this can cause painful fabric burns on the legs.

BEGINNING II YOUTH AERIAL SILKS  AGES 8-12

This class is a cohesive 8 week course designed for continuing beginners. We will progress in skill and difficulty on a weekly basis. The Beginning II class picks up where our beginning class left off. Students will continue their aerial silks journey, advancing their climbs, locks, and knotted skills. Students will be introduced to a few more complex and difficult climbs and skills in this level. We recommend wearing leggings and a form fitting tank or leotard. Please no shorts, as this can cause painful fabric burns on the legs. Come prepared to work hard, have fun, and continue learning your new craft!

Beginning III Youth Aerial Silks Ages 8-12

This class is a cohesive 8 week course designed for continuing beginners who have completed beginning and beginning II levels of instruction. We will progress in skill and difficulty on a weekly basis. The Beginning III class picks up where our beginning II class left off. Students will continue their aerial silks journey, advancing their climbs, locks, and knotted skills. Students should feel comfortable wit their single foot locks, be gaining comfort with double foot locks, and should be able to invert. Students will primarily focus on hip key and inversion based skills in this level. We recommend wearing leggings and a form fitting tank or leotard. Please no shorts, as this can cause painful fabric burns on the legs. Come prepared to work hard, have fun, and continue learning your new craft!

This cohesive 8 week hammock class picks up where youth beginning hammock left off. Students continue to build on their knowledge and sequencing skills on the hammock. In this level, students should feel comfortable in their diaper to skin the cat, as well as their pullover.

BEGINNING YOUTH LYRA AGES 8-12

Lyra is a suspended steel hoop that you hang from the ceiling. This class is an cohesive 8 week session geared towards building strength and confidence. Learn to swing, pose, and move in this fun and challenging class!

BEGINNING II YOUTH LYRA AGES 8-14

Our beginning II youth Lyra is a continuation of skills learned in the beginning levels. Students should be comfortable mounting the hoop, and navigating both the bottom and top portions of the lyra. This class is a cohesive 8 week session geared towards developing cleaner technique and improved strength and flexibility through skill progression on the hoop.

BEGINNING III YOUTH LYRA AGES 8-14

Aerial Enthusiast Package

This allows up to 12 aerial or fitness sessions in a given month- 0r 3/ week (whichever way you want to look at it).

Price: $210/month + tax Recurring Monthly

This will give you access to your regularly occurring aerial classes, any rehearsals or special event training you may have signed up for, open gyms, and our strength and flexibility classes. We want you to get strong and put in the work you need to get there!

Continuing Aerials

These classes are designed for students who have been through our beginner courses and have mastered specific criteria. If you’re not sure which class you should sign up for, feel free to give us a call and we can help you select the right class!

Continuing Youth Aerial Silks age 8-12

This class is for students ages 8-12 who have already developed body awareness and core silks concepts. Students should be able to climb the silk, tie a single foot lock, and have a basic understanding of core gymnastic and aerial shapes. This class meets once per week for 8 weeks, and practices for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Bring a water bottle, leggings, and form fitting shirt or leotard, and expect to work hard!

Continuing II Youth Aerial Silks Ages 8-12

This class is for student aged 8-12 who show strong technique and strength in aerial silks.  Most students have gone through 4 or more sessions, and must be invited by an instructor to join.  Aerialist should be able to comfortably complete climbs, hip keys, basic saltos, and be able to invert.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to class with hair pulled back, a tank top or leotard, and leggings.

Continuing III Youth Aerial Silks

This class is for student aged 8-12 who show strong technique and strength in aerial silks.  Students in this level show strong attention to detail, performative qualities, and a strong desire to improve in silks. Students must be invited by an instructor to join. 

Please arrive 5 minutes early to class with hair pulled back, a tank top or leotard, and leggings.
