Inspired Aerial Arts February Updates!

Greetings! I hope you’re all having a fabulous start to your week! We’ve got lots of fun things happening on the horizon, so wanted to make sure you’re all in the loop!

Valentine’s Show February 18th

Saturday, February 18th we will be sharing some thoughts on love and relationships in spoken word and aerial performance. This performance will benefit Be More like Claire, which is an amazing local non profit which works hard to educate people on preventing domestic violence and control.

Yay stardrops!  Such a fun and flashy skill!  This workshop will introduce the star drop, as well as hands free and stylized variations.

This workshop is great for students who are comfortable inverting multiple times in a row. We welcome both students have not learned their star drop, as well as those that would like to clean up their form, and/or learn variations on the skill.

WINDMILLS AND STARS WORKSHOP

Join Samantha Davis in this workshop designed for continuing level II or higher level students who would like to level up to their windmills and star drops.  Prerequisites include ability to invert multiple times in a row, as well as a single star or wheel down.

HAND BALANCING AND INVERSIONS

Saturday, March 18th 3:00 PM 4:15 PM

Join Ava Kinsland in this one hour workshop tackling hand balancing and inversion techniques on the ground.   Ava will take you through multiple drills and techniques to help you find your balance and strength upside down!

Fitness Classes: Some additions and rearrangements:)

Be sure to check out our schedule for newly added fitness and aerial classes! (My new favorite is Ambika’s yoga class at 12 on Saturdays. SOOOO good to get a little time on the mat to contrast all that air time:)
