New Session Begins October 24th!

Heads up! Our current session is almost over, and it’s time to get excited about a whole new round of classes!!

Current Session ends October 14th- New Session Begins October 24th! (Yep, we’re taking a week long break off in between sessions!)

Most of you who are CURRENTLY enrolled in classes should have received a more detailed explanation for which class to sign up for based on skills. If you have never taken aerial classes with us, you will want to sign up for our beginner aerial classes!

Youth Aerials

Adult Aerials

New classes We’re most stoked about:

Youth Dance Hammock: Fridays at 5:45pm (recommended for ages 9-14)

This one hour class is designed to capture the beauty and simplicity in aerial hammock, or "sling."  This class will focus on building choreography elements, and using the floor as a prop for play and spin with the apparatus.

We recommend students have at least  the following pre-reqs:

Have attended a class with Inspired Aerial Arts

OR

Have taken regular dance classes

Youth Lyra: Mondays at 6pm (recommended for ages 8-12)

Lyra, or aerial hammock is a suspended steel hoop that you hang from the ceiling. Learn to swing, pose, and move in this beginning lyra class for ages 8-12.

Adult Beginner Silks: Tuesdays at 11 (hello all my fellow backwards schedule friends- 4 week session)

I can’t count the number of times somebody has said, “ I need to start going to the regular gym before trying aerials.” Adult beginning Aerial Silks is FOR BEGINNERS! It is a come as you are type class. We will work to build the strength it takes to get you feeling strong and beautiful in the air. Please arrive in leggings and a shirt that is either form fitting or can be tucked in!

Homeschool Silks: Tuesdays at 2pm (4 week session)

This once a week beginning class is set up for Lawrence area homeschool students to get the chance to try aerial arts during the day!  This is a 4 week course and will teach the basics of aerial silks and a fun and challenging progression based format.  Please arrive wearing long pants (we recommend leggings or athletic pants with no buttons or zippers), and a shirt that can either be tucked in, or is form fitting enough to stay put when going upside down!

Bring a water bottle and a great attitude!

Other than that, we hope you’re all enjoying the beautiful fall weather and taking time and energy for self care and love!

Cheers,

DeAnna, Maebelle, and Meagan
