Vertical Dynamics: Pop through Sequencing
Learn to work smarter, not harder. In this workshops, we’ll break down the fundamental elements of swinging around on silks and rope. We’ll discuss “beats body” alignment, dissect direction changes, and play through some of Sam’s favorite transitions. We’ll explore how we can use our breath to cultivate a sense of ease.
Please remove all jewelry and zippered clothing. Bring a water bottle, and be ready to work hard!

Handstand Technique
Join Ava Kinsland in this one hour workshop tackling hand balancing and inversion techniques on the ground. She will cover multiple drills and progressions geared towards finding balance upside down.
Youth Aerial Arts Try it Night
This Aerial Arts Try it Night will give kids ages 7-12 the opportunity to try aerial arts! Youth will sample Aerial Silks, hammock , and lyra in this 1 hour and 15 minute sampler class! Come prepared to learn a lot of new things, try hard, and have fun! We recommend wearing leggings and a leotard or form fitting shirt, or one that can be tucked in, as we will be going upside down! Bring a water bottle, and an awesome attitude! We can't wait to fly with you!

Mixed Apparatus Workshop
Join Ava in this fun exploratory workshop in which we get to try out all the fun and unique apparati. The sphere, the trapeze, flying pole, maybe some straps? Either way, it'll be super fun!

Aerial Photoshoot Workshop
This is your chance to get some proffesional aerial photos taken! Participants will get time to warm up, and each get a 15 minute photography window with our photographer. Photos will be digitally sent to participants after the event. Come in attire you would like to be photographed in, with full hair and makeup done.
$40 per participant includes proffessionally edited images

Hot Air Balloon Fest Performance
We will be performing at 3pm and 5pm at Z&M Twisted Vines during their fall hot air balloon festival. This spooky themed performance will feature students who have been working diligently on creating their very own Halloween themed performance on silks, lyra, or hammock!
After our performances, and when the sun sets is when the hot air balloons come out! (Sunset is currently 6:41pm) If you plan to stay to watch the balloons, we recommend bringing a lawn chair or blankets to lay out!
Parking is $10.

Single Foot Locks Mini Series
This 3 class series will cover a wide array of skills you can do from a single footlock with both poles tied in. This is the first of our "skill family series" and we are so excited!
To sign up for this 3 class workshop, aerialist must be able to tie a single footlock, and remain in the air for at least 1 minute.
Designed for aerialists at the beginning 2 level and beyond.

Beginning/ Intermediate Aerial Hoop Workshop
Join Ava Kinsland for this beginning/ intermediate level hoop workshop. Ava will guide you through a fun sequence encouraging you to to dance and flow on the aerial hoop!
This one and a half hour workshop designed for teens and adults will take you through a dynamic warm up, followed by fun and flowy movement and skills on the lyra.
You can always double down and sign up for BOTH this workshop and the partner lyra workshops, which is scheduled directly after this one! $30 for one, $50 for both!
MIxed Movement Methods
In this introductory workshop Samuel will lead participants through a variety of movements, both playful and challenging, that will help with mobility, strength, and creative expression in movement.
The movements will be taught in a progressive style with several points of entry and options for development based on your specific body. Movements will include hand-balancing and inversions, a variety of crawling forms, and contemporary floorwork.
After specific movements are practiced, he will then integrate them into short sequences that take you to the floor, in the air, and around the room with opportunities to improvise and explore along the way. He will finish the workshop with a brief embodied meditation practice to help your body integrate what you learned and to find rest and relaxation.
Partner Acro Jam
This loosely formatted class allows the time and space to play with various partner acro skills and movements. This is a collaborative and collectively led partner acro jam time!
Dance Hammock Workshop
This 2 hour workshop will start with a dance class style warmup, followed by chorepgraphy for a spinny, flowy hammock combo that takes you in the air, on the floor, and in all the spaces between! We recommend having taken a beginning silks or hammock class before attending this workshop!
This particular workshop will have more contemporary and hip hop feels to the choregrphy and movement.
Aerial Hoop Workshop
Join Ava Kinsland for this fun introduction to dance and flow on the aerial hoop! This one hour workshop, designed for teens and adults will take you through a dynamic warm up, followed by fun and flowy movement on the lyra. This class will get you thinking about connections and flow on your apparatus!

Windmills and stars Workshop!
Join Samantha Davis in this workshop designed for continuing level II or higher level students who would like to level up to their windmills and star drops. Prerequisites include ability to invert multiple times in a row, as well as a single star or wheel down.
Star Drop Workshop!
Yay stardrops! Such a fun and flashy skill! This workshop will introduce the star drop, as well as hands free and stylized variations.
This workshop is great for students who are comfortable inverting multiple times in a row. We welcome both students have not learned their star drop, as well as those that would like to clean up their form, and/or learn variations on the skill.
