This Saturday, come give aerial hoop a try! This Try it night is designed for new students, or those that have not yet tried Lyra a chance to do just that!

New Class!
Adult Beginning II Hammock
We officially have a few aerial hammock enthusiasts, and can comfortably add in a continuing Hammock Class! This course will pick up where your beginning hammock instruction left off, adding in more complex wraps and choreography as we gain in strength and comfort on the hammock! Any students who have completed either beginning aerial silks, or beginning aerial hammock will have the base foundation for success in this class. We are so excited for this new addition!

Upcoming Aerial Hoop Workshop with Ava Renee!
Join Ava in this 1.5 hour beginner’s workshop geared towards beginning to intermediate level adults. Continuing level youth aerial students are welcome and encouraged to join as well! This workshop will work on building a lyra flow, and working towards “dancing through it!"
